Shio Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the shio platform by all registered users and visitors. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services on our platform.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the shio platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you tick the consent box during registration, or when you continue using the platform after any changes to the terms have been announced. shio reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and notice of changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email.
The shio platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to participate in the activities offered under the laws of their place of residence. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the shio platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. shio reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to validate the information provided.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. shio will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You are required to notify shio immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your login details with anyone.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users of the shio platform agree to comply with all rules and usage guidelines set out herein. Any use that breaches these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of false payment information or unauthorised identity verification methods.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bets in ways that violate platform rules.
- Distributing or uploading unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Using a shio account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the shio platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including e-wallets and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated in the account section. shio does not cover any third-party transaction fees that may be charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to the required identity verification conditions. shio reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or illegal fund sources will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with such transactions may be seized in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.
5. Account Policies, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Shio reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to recover any remaining balance in that account. Accounts that have been inactive for a period specified in the platform policy may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure.
Liability Limits
The shio platform is provided on an “as is” basis. shio makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, shio's liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited and unused in that user's account. shio is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other visual elements on the shio platform are the exclusive property of shio or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content from this platform without prior written permission from shio. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The shio platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. shio is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Shio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing use of the shio platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this document.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia for any claims relating to the use of the platform.
